You just signed in and used the machines there. There was a row of elliptical type machines, a row of treadmills and some weight machines. Nothing fancy but it worked! I got a 2 day pass to the spa. I did not get any treatments but I did hear women chatting in there about how great their treatments were. There was never anyone else in there so I got it to myself. I used the showers which were nice as well. I might book a treatment next time and the spa facilities would be included.
