Partner insurance agencies

LicensedAndInsured.com partners strictly with licensed insurance agencies to offer contractors competitive rates on general liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto policies. When a contractor opts in for competitive quotes, their contact details and policy expiration dates are securely shared only with the licensed agencies listed here that serve their county.

How the program works for an agency

1. We know the date.

Every verified member's certificate of insurance is on file with its policy end date. Sixty days before a policy ends, the member gets a renewal reminder from us.

2. The member opts in.

The reminder offers competing quotes. Only if the member ticks the box do their contact details and expiration dates go anywhere. The consent text and the partner list are counsel-approved; consent can be withdrawn anytime.

3. The request reaches you.

Requests from the counties you choose land in one inbox you name, with the business name, license, contact, coverage lines and the expiration date. Florida-licensed contractors, many of them Spanish-speaking.

4. Flat fee, never contingent.

Compensation is a flat fee per request or per month, never tied to whether a policy is written, consistent with Florida Statutes § 626.112(8). Your agreement mirrors the consent scope exactly: manual dialing unless the member consented to texts, STOP honored, do-not-call lists scrubbed.

5. First position.

The first agency in a county is listed first and helps shape the program.
