How to read this page
Verified credentials (green chip): the license was active in the Florida DBPR file, the identity of the person controlling the listing was confirmed, and a certificate of insurance was on file, each on the date shown. The phone number and website are the business’s own and you call them directly. Only the items listed were checked.
License active, insurance on file (blue chip): the business claimed its listing from the email address on the state license record, the license is in the Florida DBPR file, and it sent a certificate of insurance whose policy period covers the date shown. We read the certificate; we did not confirm it with the insurer or the agent. The phone number is the one the business gave us.
Claimed — insurance not on file (amber chip): the business claimed its listing and chose its trades; no certificate of insurance is on file and no phone number is shown.
From public records (grey chip): straight from the state’s license file, sorted by distance from your search using the business address on file, shown as-is with the data date.
