Search Florida licenses and insurance by trade and city.

Contractor or public adjuster? If you hold a Florida license, you’re probably already listed below without a phone number. Claiming it is free →

Verified credentials means three dated checks: the license is active in the Florida DBPR file, the identity of the person controlling the listing was confirmed, and a certificate of insurance is on file. Only the items listed on a listing were checked; it is not an endorsement of workmanship, business practices, or future compliance. Below verified listings we show what the state’s public license file lists for your area.

How to read this page

Verified credentials (green chip): the license was active in the Florida DBPR file, the identity of the person controlling the listing was confirmed, and a certificate of insurance was on file, each on the date shown. The phone number and website are the business’s own and you call them directly. Only the items listed were checked.

Self-reported (amber chip): the claimant entered trades and service cities; nothing has been checked and no phone number is shown.

From public records (grey chip): straight from the state’s license file, sorted by distance from your search using the business address on file, shown as-is with the data date.

Verification is point-in-time. Licenses lapse and policies get cancelled. Confirm current status at myfloridalicense.com and request a current certificate of insurance naming you before you sign.
